2. Licenses and Intellectual Property Rights
All generated names, analysis documents, downloadable mobile wallpapers, and SVG vector personal seal stamps are digital assets processed dynamically:
- Personal License: When you unlock digital wallpapers and seals, you are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, print, and share the assets for non-commercial personal usage.
- Commercial License: You may use the generated names and vector stamps as logos or digital signatures for your business branding, but you may not resell, distribute, or sub-license the raw wallpaper/seal template files themselves.
3. Payments and Refund Policy
We charge one-time fees (for 24h Day Pass) or recurring subscriptions (for Monthly Premium) to unlock special cultural analysis features and high-resolution assets:
- No-Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our assets (wallpapers and vector stamps are instantly generated and downloadable), all purchases are final. Once an asset is unlocked or downloaded, we do not issue refunds under standard circumstances.
- Cancellation of Subscription: For Monthly Premium subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
